DFW Security Protective Force opens its own training school "DFW Security Training Academy F01005". In todays security field, we DFW Security Protective Force feel that it is a high priority to train our officers constantly.

DFW Security Protective Force is now registered with the North Central Texas Regional Certification agency (NCTRCA)and is certified as a disadvantaged business enterprise.

All our staff are offered and encouraged to participate in the National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ's) in the Services suite of awards. These qualifications are widely recognized by the Government, TUC, and employers as the most important vocational qualification. They are work-based qualifications and most of the evidence required comes from the employee's performance at work.


Our security staff provides visible evidence of our commitment to a quality approach: one that extends from a smart, uniformed appearance, to a comprehensive knowledge of our client's business. Knowledge that is needed to maintain the security requirements as effectively as possible.

During the first weeks of employment all staff go through an induction process which is recorded in their Training Record and is kept in their personnel file at Head Office.
Additional necessary training is provided either by ourselves at our Training Suite or at an approved Supplier Training Session.
